Fat Flour Artisan Bakery is a contemporary bakery with many influences. Led by the much loved artisan baker, John Dixon. At Fat Flour we employ traditional techniques to bring a wide variety of breads, pastries, cakes and snacks to our passionate bread lovers every day. We focus on quality, creativity and consistency.
Our products are produced using artisanal techniques with the highest quality natural local ingredients. Beginning with the flour that we import directly from a traditional flour mill locally, all our ingredients are carefully selected and sourced from the best farms worldwide. Baked fresh daily, our gourmet products are filled with freshness and taste found nowhere else.
Traditional Artisan Baker
John Dixon is an well established baker. He has over twenty years of baking experience and is an active member of the real bread campaign.
John is a fabulous teacher and mentor and is highly focused on training a new generation of artisan bakers. John and his local family are a happy unit of bakers working every day to bring a wide assortment of delicacies to our loyal customers. John is always keen on adapting to new tastes and ideas for the bakery and is always working on new recipes to keep customers excited.
